Fees.—The fee of ten rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Magistrate by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form III; and the District Magistrate shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
