Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord who ceases to carry on the letting of premises shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of projects held by him has been disposed of.
