Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a zoo shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
