Surrender of certificate.—Every mutawalli who ceases to carry on the management of a waqf shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
