Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of an official notice shall apply to the Review Committee in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Review Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
