Application for registration.—Every keeper of a place of public resort carrying on the conduct of a place of public resort shall make an application for registration to the Superintendent of Police in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every printing machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
