Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every remittance challan held by him has been disposed of.
