Application for registration.—Every gratuity trust carrying on the administration of a gratuity fund shall make an application for registration to the Recovery Officer in Form 13, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
