Application for registration.—Every owner of an aircraft carrying on the ownership of an aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-4, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
