Application for registration.—Every dealer in minerals carrying on dealing in minerals shall make an application for registration to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form B, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mining plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
