Application for registration.—Every mediator carrying on the conduct of mediation shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of the Council in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of arbitrators held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
