Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway who ceases to carry on the use of land adjoining a railway shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Metro Railway Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every luggage held by him has been disposed of.
