Surrender of certificate.—Every diagnostic laboratory who ceases to carry on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
