Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any committee of a gurdwara dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Charity Commissioner in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every inventory of jewels then held; and the Charity Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
