Application for registration.—Every limited liability partnership carrying on the business of a limited liability partnership shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form PAS-3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every annual return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
