Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited liability partnership shall apply to the Tribunal in Form PAS-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
