Intimation of change.—Every practitioner of Indian medicine shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 25 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
