Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a quarry lease shall apply to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Director of Mines and Geology shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
