Application for registration.—Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application for registration to the National Sports Board in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every contract of an athlete held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
