Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is carried on, the particulars of every refund claim held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GST EWB-01, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
