Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a place of public resort shall apply to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
