Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a place of public resort who ceases to carry on the conduct of a place of public resort shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Controller of Explosives in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every weapon held by him has been disposed of.
