Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "manufacturer of cosmetics" means a person carrying on the manufacture of cosmetics; (c) "test report" means a test report received, held or disposed of by a manufacturer of cosmetics in the course of the manufacture of cosmetics; (d) "Form 20" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
