Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a winery shall apply to the Commissioner in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
