Clause 2, Delhi Excise (Sample Control) Order, 2026 [SDD-HA1]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 9 February 2026.
Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009); (b) "cultivator of hemp" means a person carrying on the cultivation of hemp under licence; (c) "sample" means a sample received, held or disposed of by a cultivator of hemp in the course of the cultivation of hemp under licence; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
