Application for registration.—Every operator of a ferry carrying on the operation of a ferry shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every reservoir held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
