Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a village bus stand who ceases to carry on the running of a village bus stand shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Panchayat Samiti in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every fair held by him has been disposed of.
