Fees.—The fee of three thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of three thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form D; and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
