Surrender of certificate.—Every customs house agent who ceases to carry on the clearance of goods for import or export shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-1 of the manner in which every bond held by him has been disposed of.
