Application for registration.—Every ticketing agent carrying on the sale of railway tickets as an agent shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every fare held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
