Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any bank conducting Government business dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form GFR 19, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every voucher then held; and the Government of Uttarakhand shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
