Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the requesting entity to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form D, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Unique Identification Authority shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and eighty days of the service.
