Safe custody.—Every fit person shall keep every admission register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the temporary care of a child by a fit person is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every admission register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Committee within seven days of the close of each year.
