Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway who ceases to carry on the use of land adjoining a railway shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every railway receipt held by him has been disposed of.
