Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for defence works who ceases to carry on the execution of defence works shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
