Intimation of change.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall intimate to the Board of Trustees, in Form 19 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Trustees shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
