Application for registration.—Every owner of a brick kiln carrying on the working of a brick kiln shall make an application for registration to the Biodiversity Authority in Form V, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every plastic packaging held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
