Intimation of change.—Every owner of a brick kiln shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form II and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
