Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recipient of foreign contribution shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form ANF-3A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
