Intimation of change.—Every registered supplier shall intimate to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in Form GFR 12-A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
