Surrender of certificate.—Every registered supplier who ceases to carry on the supply of goods to the Government shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 41 of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
