Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the empanelled consultant shall apply to the Accountant General in Form GFR 22 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Accountant General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
