Intimation of change.—Every empanelled consultant shall intimate to the Accountant General, in Form GFR 40 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Accountant General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
