Application for registration.—Every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall make an application for registration to the Rent Controller in Form B, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every agreement for sale held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
