Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee for the sale of poisons shall apply to the Government of Bihar in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Bihar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
