Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the director shall apply to the Competition Commission in Form CHG-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Competition Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
