Application for registration.—Every public call office operator carrying on the running of a public call office shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form E, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every interconnection agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
