Surrender of certificate.—Every public call office operator who ceases to carry on the running of a public call office shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
