Maintenance of premises.—Every holder of a photography permit shall keep the premises where photography at a protected monument is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every art treasure kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with photography at a protected monument, and shall furnish to the Competent Authority in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
