Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a photography permit who ceases to carry on photography at a protected monument shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
